Best Halo-Halo In My Book

Have you ever heard of Halo-Halo?  or Razon's for that matter? Well, Halo-Halo is a dessert (although some Filipinos would have it for snacks as a refreshment).  It's basically a mixture of shaved ice and evaporated milk with various sweet fruits and beans in it served in a tall glass or bowl. Perfect for the tropical Philippine climate. 

Now, I love Halo-Halo. I love to drink it more than eat it.  It's sweet and refreshing.  

A few years ago, I came across Razon's Halo-Halo.  This is a family-owned business that has its roots in Pampanga.  They were able to concoct a Halo-Halo recipe to die for… From its finely shaved ice, sweet macapuno, melt in your mouth banana, creamy milk topped off with its uber yummy leche flan --it's one glass of pure refreshment and sweetness.
